Stephan and Spencer work to identify properties and borrowers that would be a good fit for our correspondent life insurance company lenders. They win this business by providing the best terms and service. They specialize in funding commercial mortgage loans that are financed through our correspondent life insurance company lenders. These lenders can offer longer fixed-rate terms than available with banks as well as offering lower interest rates. Many of these loans provide interest-only periods and prepayment flexibility on the last 5 years. Additionally, 10% loan pay down per year is available with several lenders. The team is targeting loans on Southern California Commercial Real Estate Properties. The majority of the loans are serviced in-house with a best-in-class servicing team to handle your needs.
